Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@grabgizmo.in to initiate a return. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds
Approval of Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
