1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If your location is out of our delivery range, we will notify you during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹1500.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will apply.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: No delivery available

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather, logistics delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reputable courier partners such as DTDC, Trackon, Maruti and others to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or the “Track Order” section on our website.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, there may be delays in rare circumstances due to unforeseen events. In case of delays, we will notify you via email or SMS. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@grabgizmo.in for assistance.

8. Undeliverable Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package, we will notify you via email or phone to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery in such cases.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@grabgizmo.in. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
